Allegany College of Maryland

Joshua Carey, a sophomore at Allegany College of Maryland (ACM), hails from Salisbury, Maryland. Born on August 3rd in Salisbury, Joshua stands at 5’7" and weighs 160 pounds. He is majoring in Human Services with a certificate in Addictions, and is expected to graduate in May 2025. Joshua is an integral part of the ACM soccer team, bringing dedication and passion to the field. He graduated from Wicomico High School and Salisbury Christian School in June 2018.

Joshua’s family includes his mother, Lisa Ihionu, and his twin brother, Josiah Carey, who is 25 years old. Although no other family members have played sports at Allegany College or professionally, Joshua is carving out his own path in athletics. With no famous relatives or former teammates, Joshua’s journey is uniquely his own, driven by his commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
