Allegany College of Maryland

Christopher Power DiScala, known as Topher DiScala, is a freshman baseball player at Allegany College of Maryland. Born in White Plains, New York, and raised in Weston, Florida, Topher stands 6'2" and weighs 162 pounds. He graduated from Cypress Bay High School in 2024 and is currently majoring in General Studies, with an expected graduation date of June 2026. Topher's athletic journey has been shaped by his father's experience in baseball, having played at Pace University and SUNY Cortland, and later semi-professionally. Topher has also had the opportunity to play alongside notable athletes, including Nelson Cruz's son and Fernando Rodney Jr., and has been coached by Rafael Furcal.

Topher's family has been a significant source of support throughout his athletic career. His parents, Chris and Brenda DiScala, work as a high school baseball coach and in sales, respectively. Topher is the middle child, with an older brother, Tyler, and a younger sister, Giada Mae. Despite not having any family members who played sports at Allegany College, Topher's dedication and hard work continue to drive his success. His commitment to baseball and his academic pursuits make him a valuable asset to the Allegany College of Maryland community
