The Allegany College of Maryland Women's Cross Country team capped off their fall season with a determined performance at the NJCAA Region 20 Championship, racing against top Division II competition and showcasing the grit and growth that defined their season.

Emily Smith led the Lady Trojans with a standout 13th-place finish, crossing the line in 24:20.4. Her effort reflected the consistency and drive she brought to every meet this season.

Summer Kreydatus followed with a strong showing of her own, placing 21st with a time of 26:44.60, rounding out a season marked by steady improvement and resilience.

Together, Smith and Kreydatus embodied the spirit of the Lady Trojans — pushing through challenges, supporting one another, and representing ACM with pride. Their performances at Regionals were a fitting conclusion to a season built on teamwork, determination, and personal growth.

As the team looks ahead to future seasons, the foundation laid this fall promises continued success and development for ACM Women's Cross Country.
