ACM Men’s Soccer Announces 2025 Roster and Schedule Ahead of Home Opener

CUMBERLAND, MD – The Allegany College of Maryland Men's Soccer team kicks off its 2025 season on Tuesday, September 2 at 5:30 PM, hosting Prince George's Community College at the ACM Soccer Field. The Trojans are excited to announce their 2025 roster and schedule under the continued leadership of Head Coach Mo Pratt, who brings decades of coaching experience across high school and collegiate programs, and Assistant Coaches Jody Glass and Colton Gardelle.

The Trojans are coming off a competitive 2024 season, with several standout performances against rival Potomac State and a hefty performance against Carroll College and academic achievements everywhere you turn. Caedon Wallace, a returning sophomore, earned NJCAA Region 20 Honorable Mention and MD JUCO Third Team honors. Wallace led the team with 9 goals, followed by Riley McCutcheon (2 goals)Jace Patton (1 goal), and Sean Strawderman (1 goal)Levi Carrington anchored the defense in goal with 124 saves over the season.

The team also excelled academically, with 12 student-athletes named to the Fall 2024 Dean's and Honors Lists10 recognized in Spring 2025, and 6 earning NJCAA All-Academic Team honors.

The 2025 roster features a strong mix of returning players and new talent, including nice local athletes from Allegany County and the surrounding tri-state region. Returning sophomores include Wallace, McCutcheon, Strawderman, Patton, Pratt and Carrington, all expected to play key roles this season.

Schedule Highlights

  • September 4, 2025 – Away match at Potomac State College at 5:00 PM
  • October 2, 2025 – Conference match at defending Region 20 Champions, CCBC Essex
  • October 21, 2025 – Final regular season home match vs. Anne Arundel Community College

The full schedule includes 15 regular season contests, with postseason play beginning October 25 in the NJCAA Region 20 Tournament. The NJCAA Division II National Tournament is scheduled for November 16–22 in Wichita, Kansas.

This season promises to be full of energy and community spirit, with several doubleheaders where the men's team plays first and the women follow. Fans can stream home games for free on HUDL FAN, but the Trojans encourage supporters to attend in person and cheer from the sidelines.
