Ava hails from Bedford, Pennsylvania, and comes from a supportive family. Her mother, Eleanor Sipes, is a fitness instructor, and her father, Nathan Sipes, is a CRNA. Ava is the youngest of four siblings, with an older sister named Jade Collins, a middle brother named Malachi Sipes, and a younger brother named Lincoln Sipes.
