ACM Basketball Teams Gear Up for Postseason Tournaments
Both the men's and women's basketball teams at Allegany College of Maryland (ACM) are set to compete in the Division 1 Region 20 postseason tournaments this week. On the men's side, the Trojans will open their tournament play on Thursday against Baltimore City Community College, a team they recently defeated on February 26th. The game is scheduled for 5 PM, and the winner will advance to face the #1 seed Monroe, who is also the host school. Fans can catch all the action live via Monroe Athletics' YouTube channel, and as always, listen to the Trojans on WCBC Radio/103.1 FM with play-by-play commentary. Coach Reams and the Trojans enter the tournament with a 12-18 record, looking to make a strong postseason run.

On the women's side, Coach Allen and her #3 squad are headed to Baltimore City Community College to face the #2 seed Harford. Despite falling to Harford twice this season, the Trojans are determined to secure a victory and advance to play Monroe University. The first round of the tournament takes place at BCCC, with games scheduled at 5 PM and 7 PM; the Trojans will be playing in the later game. The championship game is set for Saturday at 1 PM, and the team is focused on making it to the final showdown.
