The Allegany College of Maryland (ACM) women's volleyball team has secured the 5th seed in the NJCAA Region 20 Division II Volleyball Tournament, set to take place at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, on November 2nd and 3rd. The Trojans, who finished the season with a strong 10-4 division record, will face the 4th seed, College of Southern Maryland (CSM), at 2 PM on November 2nd.
The tournament kicked off yesterday, October 29th, with play-in games to determine the final two seeds. The matchups were:

• #7 Carroll vs. #10 Anne Arundel with Carroll winning 3-0 and 
• #8 Garrett vs. #9 Frederick with Garrett taking the win 3-0. 

Here are the top six seeds and their records:

1. Harford: 14-0
2. Montgomery: 13-1
3. Hagerstown: 12-2
4. Southern MD: 10-4
5. Allegany: 10-4
6. Potomac State: 9-5

*The highest seeded team remaining in the tournament will play on the Main Court.
Tournament awards will be presented immediately following the Championship round.

ADMISSION: $7.00 per day for entry into the event for all spectators.

• Teams: Buses & vans are to drop off teams at the side gate of the stadium, not the main spectator entrance. Signs will be posted.
• Spectators: Parking available in Lot 11 & 12.
